BDR Level 1 – Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a BDR Level 1 – Outreach Specialist who can contact prospects, qualify them, and book discovery calls. This role is for people who take ownership, follow process, and want a long-term sales career.

Responsibilities

  • Call prospects and book discovery calls

  • Qualify leads using BANT

  • Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email

  • Follow the process strictly — no shortcuts

  • Communicate openly and honestly

  • Treat every prospect with respect

  • Attend team meetings and share ideas

  • Work closely with the BDR team and management

  • Send end-of-day reports without fail

  • Improve weekly based on feedback

  • Hit monthly KPIs

Reporting & Reviews

  • Report directly to Revenue Operations / Management

  • Monthly performance review

  • Clear feedback on performance and improvement areas

Learning Opportunity

  • Structured learning in sales fundamentals and BDR skills

  • Training on BANT, objection handling, follow-ups, and CRM usage

  • Exposure to real sales processes and decision-making

Requirements

  • Freshers who want a serious sales career or B2C sales professionals

  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil

  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, MS Word, Excel

  • Experience with CRM and meeting tools (or willingness to learn fast)

  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

  • Ready to take responsibility for results

Content Editor & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Content Editor & Social Media Executive who can edit trend-based content, manage social media publishing, and support our content strategy. This role requires ownership, creativity, and execution.

Your Daily Work (What You Do)

  • Edit short-form (Instagram, LinkedIn, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) content based on current market trends

  • Stay updated with latest editing styles, hooks, pacing, and formats

  • Manage social media posting after consultation with management

  • Create attractive thumbnails, posters, and basic creatives

  • Research trending topics and suggest video ideas

  • Assist with scripts and content improvements

Reporting & Reviews

  • Report directly to the Management Team

  • Monthly performance review with clear feedback

  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses based on quality and execution

Learning Opportunities

  • Hands-on learning in marketing, copywriting, branding, and content strategy

Requirements

  • Fresher or experienced editor

  • Knowledge of any video editing tools

  • Must have own laptop/PC

  • Full-time availability, minimum 6 hours per day

  • Skills: creativity, communication, teamwork, organization, responsibility, willingness to learn
